Kat Von D Esperanza Palette Swatches!

This is my first Kat Von D palette that I decided to swatch.  This was a limited edition wayyy back in 2014. I chose this today just because I’m missing Spring and beautiful weather. This comes with eight shades in total and one is a transformer shade!

Here it is! Of course you know I love it already because of the size. I love the look and feel of the cover. #warmtonesforever.
Here’s the back of the palette. It shows the name of all the shades included. The shades are: Selena, Dayglo, Galore 2.0, Placebo, Santeria, Archangel, South and Dog Roses.
Here’s the inside! The mirror is decent sized and the palette is pretty durable.

I did the swatches in two pictures. One for the top row and one for the bottom.

The shades did pretty well on both swatch methods. Selena has a bit of fallout because of the glitter in it but it wasn’t much of an issue. Dayglo is the transformer shade in the palette. It has a really nice white to green shimmer to it. Galore 2.0 and Placebo are really adorable matte shades. Galore in this palette and Galore in the Spellbinding Palette are different shades but have the same name.
This row had the same swatch success except for Archangel which I had more of a problem applying with a brush. Dog Roses is super buttery, shimmery and pigmented. This was by far my favorite color in the row.

This palette is one of my favorites because I love how much can be done with it. Having a transformer shade ups the game since you can have beautiful transitions between colors.
