Makeup Forever Artist Shadows 2 Swatches!

For my first palette and swatch of the day I picked the MUFE Artist Shadows 2 book. This brand has awesome products from the HD foundation, the waterproof eyeliners, and of course their shadows. All the shadows in this book are buttery, smooth, blendable and there’s barely any fallout. I purchased this one at Sephora for $34. It is sold out on Makeup Forever’s site and Sephora. Let’s start with the palette preview:

I love the fact that these palettes come with look books. There are nine shadows in this palette that make three different looks. The range from light beige, pink, gold and all the way to a dark purple.
Here’s the back of the palette that shows the codes for the eyeshadows. I went on their website and found out all the names for them! I included them on the swatch pictures 🙂
Here’s the shades that are included! As you can see there are a beautiful array of shades that can cover any kind of look you would be going for.
I did these swatches based on the looks. These three are from the ‘Playful Look’. The magenta can also double as a blush if you’re looking for a bold shade. As usual, the finger swatches are bolder. The brush swatches are gorgeous transferring the shades beautifully.
Next is the ‘Bold Look’. The turquoise is absolutely beautiful. The unique color out of the three would be Peacock. Peacock is a shifter shade is a pine green to brown. It’s a subtle yet beautiful combo.
The last look in this palette is the ‘Sultry Look’. I absolutely love the combo of colors. The shade ‘Amber’ looks great on a brush swatch as well as the finger ones. I love the black purple shade. Blended out, it looks like the color of an eggplant.

Overall, I love this palette and adore how many looks you can get out of it. It has a nice mirror and it is travel friendly! Buy it if you can!
