Sugarpill Pretty Poison Matte Lipstick Swatches!

Hi everybody! I haven’t done any lip swatches in a while. Pretty much because applying them and taking the colors off really hurt and dry out my lips. When the Pretty Poison: Black Edition came out I purchased three out of the four. I don’t own any of the normal edition shades just because I have some like them and I didn’t purchase Shiver just because I have no desire for a blue lipstick. These lipsticks are vegan and cruelty-free and are long lasting, pigmented and single-stroke coverage.

Here are the boxes they come in! I couldn’t part with them because I think they’re cute. I took pictures of all three in a different view so you know what the box looks like for the most part.
Look at how pretty and how many sparkles are on here! The normal Pretty Poison lipsticks are pink and white capsules and the black edition is what you see here. These appeal to me on a whole new level.

Okay as we all know with lipstick swatches, I do an arm swatch and then how it looks on the lips! Let’s get started!

Here are the arm swatches! As you can see, these swatched evenly and they’re not patchy. They also smell like orange cream. Yum.

I’m going to start with the lip swatches now in the same order as they appear above!

Here is the first one, Anti-socialite. This is a beautiful dark red that is similar to Unicorn Blood by Jeffree Star. I love dark shades so I adore this. It goes on very smooth, you don’t have to apply much pressure.
Here is Dark Sided. I love purples so of course I love this. The formula is a bit stiff. You do have to press harder but nothing crazy.
And lastly, here is Zero. I switched this one before in my Battle of the Black Lipstick post. This is one of the nicer blacks out there just because you don’t have to apply it a thousand times for coverge. The formula is in between Anti-socialite and Dark Sided in stiffness.

Overall, I’m happy with these and they’re worth the money. They are $20 each or $80 for the entire bundle. I’m not sure if they’re permanent in the line but hopefully so!
