Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding!

Hi loves! Today I wanted to do something awesome so I walked to the CVS in my town to check out the Korean skincare that was supposed to be there. Peach and Lilly was supposed to be carried. This CVS doesn’t carry it yet so I just got home from walking there. I’m sorry I didn’t have anything awesome to show you so I reviewed my Boscia Charcoal Pore Pudding instead.

This stuff I fell in love with because it helps my face when it gets super oily.  I typically buy it at Sephora and it sells for $38. This wash-off treatment is good for normal, oily, combination, dry and sensitive skin. It is Paraben free, Sulfate free and Phthalate free. It is dermatologist tested and safe for sensitive skin. Yay!

Basically, this face mask has white and black charcoal in it that minimizes your pores, balances your skin’s hydration level and helps detox the skin. The Activated Bamboo Charcoal refines the pores and helps unclog impurities and extra oils without harming the skin by making it dry, irritated or feeling like a harsh chemical peel. The white Binchotan charcoal powder is know to absorb 1,000 times it’s weight in impurities so it helps you purify and deep clean. Yes! With the charcoals, Kaolin Clay comes in with the assist by absorbing even more oil for a smoother complexion and boosting the effects of the two charcoals.

Here is what the jar looks like. It is clear and a pretty decent size. It is 2.8 ounces. The charcoals are swirled in there which is pretty in design and very eye-catching.
Here is the side with the directions. It says using the spatula or your fingers, scoop the product onto your face and blend to make a thin gray layer on all the areas that need treatment. This stays on for about 20 minutes and then you just rinse with warm water. Another thing to note is that the formula in the jar will mix over time and it is normal.
Here is how it sits in the jar. Mine has had some love and this is my third jar haha. You can see how when the layers combine it makes a light gray.

I’m going to show you all how to apply it and how it looks when it’s on your face! Enjoy!

As you all know, for step one please clean your face. That way you can get rid of oils and extra makeup if there is any left on your face.
Step two: take your spatula and scoop the mask on your face! I love the tiny tool that it comes with and makes less of a mess on your hands.
This is what it looks like when they mix together! Magic! It is mixed properly when you see the gray. I love the color mixing 🙂
I usually use this treatment on my entire face because I’m really oily. Painting is fun! 🙂
I keep this treatment on for 20 minutes. I either play Pokemon or relax and listen to music during this time.
After 20 minutes here how the mask looks. It turns into a rubbery putty and doesn’t transfer to your fingers.

This is another mask that I usually take off in the shower but if you don’t want to do it that way, use warm water and a cloth to wipe off carefully.

Here is how my skin looks after. It makes my skin look brighter and almost matte which I love.

Okay loves, there you go! I personally love this mask and I completely recommend this to my friends and family for a change of pace! This company is great because of all the natural ingredients they use.
