Ipsy Glambag September!

Hi friends! Sorry I’ve been MIA for a bit. With school starting and work, I’ve been kind of swamped but didn’t forget about you all! On Saturday I got my Ipsy bag and looked at all the awesome items that were in it. I was seriously impressed! Ready?

I loved this bag. It is black and studded. The zipper is gold and has two tassels with the “Ipsy” logo written on it.

This is a quick preview of all the items included in my bag this month. I think I made out pretty awesome this month with variety and quality of items 🙂

Here’s the front of the Boss Lady info card. It has a nice photo of Charlotte Cho of Soko Glam on it.

The back of the card has a bit of info about Charlotte Cho and how she included one of her favorite K-beauty products in this month’s Glambag.

I’m going to move on to the product pictures right now. There are also swatches included of the Colourpop shade and the Elizabeth Mott eyeshadow.

This is the front of Elizabeth Mott’s ‘Pop Goes the Shadow’ in shade ‘Gunmetal’. It has this really cute pop art feel to it and has the distribution information on there.

Here’s the inside of the eyeshadow casing. This shade is a pretty gray shimmer that is pretty nice in texture.

The second item is this organic nail polish by Adesse. This is my second one of their polishes and they apply great.

This side of the box has their website, distribution information, and states that they do not test on animals.

This side has the ingredient list and shows that this product is recyclable and flammable. Be careful!

This side states that this nail polish is free from DBP, Taluene, Camphor, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Petrochemicals, GMOs, Triclosan, and Triphenyl Phosphates.

The nail polish comes in a pretty bottle with their lotus design and a black top.

The back of the bottle actually has everything summarized that was on the box. Which is completely awesome!

This shade is called, ‘Deception’ and is a pretty beige-gray shade. It also features the ingredient list.

I wanted to show you guys what the brush looked like and the consistency of the nail polish. It is a bit thinner than other polishes but gets the job done in two coats.

This product is the skin care product that Charlotte Cho included in this bag. Skin Food’s Egg White Perfect Pore cleansing foam. I’m so curious about this. I enjoy K-beauty products a lot and hope this one loves up to the hype.

This product states that it completely removes makeup and leaves a smooth and clear complexion.

Yay! I know a lot of the Ipsy users complain about getting brushes. You can send them all to me. Brushes can be expensive and I’m so happy to get some in my Glambag. Xo.

This is Luxie’s 207 Medium Angled Shading brush. This brush is cute and fluffy. 🙂

Here’s a shot of the bristles with the flash on so you can see the gradient of colors and how packed the brushes are.

The last product is this Lippie Stix by Colourpop. This is an exclusive shade that Ipsy subscribers voted on. Yay!

This side of the box has the distribution information, says it is recyclable and is a cruelty-free product.

The bottom side of the box shows a preview of the shade and it is a super-matte shade.

I love how simple the packaging is for their products.

This lip product applied very smooth and evenly. I love this shade so much. 🙂

The last picture for you all are my swatches of the eyeshadow and lip product! Enjoy!

The eyeshadow looks completely different based on the finger (F) and brush (B) swatch. The finger swatch is more shimmery where the brush swatch is more matte and blended out. The Colourpop shade is a bright coral pink shade that has no odor and applies very smooth.

I’m curious, what did you all get in your bags this month? Xo.
