Nomakenolife September Box!

Hi friends! Happy October! I didn’t get the chance to blog about this in September but I wanted to show you all the items I received in my September Nomakenolife box!

Here are all the adorable items! :)

Here’s a photo of all the cute items! There was a solid variety this month! Eyeliner, eyeshadow, eyelashes, lip gloss, a face and neck mask, and a hair treatment! Whoo! For this review, I’ll be explaining the items and packaging since they’re all in Japanese! Enjoy!

The first item is Delicious Lip Cream. The two scents that were offered in September were chocolate mint or ramune soda. This is the ramune soda scent.

I personally love this mild soda scent. This lip cream contains olive oil, beeswax, she’s butter, jojoba seed, and macadamia nut oil for extra moisturizing qualities.

This lip gloss shows that it was made in Japan and has the company phone number.

The design has two little ramune sodas on the label and is the same size as the usual lip glosses.

Here’s a quick shot of the actual gloss. It doesn’t have a colored tint to it and goes on very smooth.

Look.At.How.Cute.This.Is! I adore this eyeshadow duo! The two colors offered were green (kiwi) and blue (blueberry). Yes, they are scented!

The back states that this product was made in China. It most likely means that it was tested on animals. 😦

Out of the packaging, this is so cute. It’s a hard plastic that has a locking clasp on it.

The bottom of the bean has that it was made in China and that Jelly Belly actually regulated this product.

The little bean has a nice mirror on the lid and has two shimmery shadows. You could actually make a subtle smoky look with this guy. I do have swatches of these two shades at the end of the post!

Holy lashes!! These are from the popular Japanese brand, Rosy Rosa. These eyelashes are a mix of black and brown nylon hairs and are okay for daily wear. It states that you shouldn’t use mascara or an eyelash curler if you intend to re-wear them. #bacteriaawareness.

How-to apply these beauties: remove the lashes from their casing and re-size them to fit your eyes. Next, apply lash glue to the eyelash strip and place the strip to your eyelid, making sure it goes toward the outer corners. Finally, let the glue dry.

This is the S-Labo Face and Neck Care Mask. The mask claims to reverse sagging skin. It is a lifting mask that helps moisturize. The mask has Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramide and a handful of plant extracts.

The steps are shown in pictures at the top. First, make sure to clean your face. Apply the mask to your face and neck. This mask has ear loops! You wanna hook the loops on the face and neck section over your ears! Woah! And then keep this on for 15 minutes and then remove.

This next product… I’m so in love with. This is the Ayurbio Damaged Hair Mask! This mask promises to fix your damaged hair and leaves behind a subtle apple scent. The mask is sulfate-free, has over 38 botanical extracts (apple stem cells), raw keratin, 16 types of amino acids, collagen, Ceramide, and honey!

After washing your hair, make sure to wring out the excess water. Next, take some of mask and coat your hair in it. After two minutes or so, rinse out the mask with warm water. Please try this. My hair has been so much healthier!

The last product is Cezanne Easy Eyeliner. It has a subtle and simple packaging.

The back states that this eyeliner is brown, has a batch code and the barcode.

This eyeliner is super tiny. And easy to lose. Trust me on that one haha.

This eyeliner has an elliptical shape so you can control the size and width of their lines. It is also retractable.

The next shot is a picture of all the swatchable items! There’s the eyeliner and the eyeshadow! Enjoy!

The eyeliner is a dark brown shade and very creamy. The eyeshadows are a light shimmery green and a shimmery olive green that both smell like kiwi.

That’s all for last month’s box! Get ready for more updates in October! Xo!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Venom Lip Gloss

Hi friends! Today I have a quick review on an Anastasia Beverly Hills lip gloss. I haven’t tried any lip products from them because I have a lot of the same shades from different companies. On the same Ulta trip I went on my friend grabbed this pretty gloss for me because it called out my name and she wanted to thank me for going with her. This lip gloss is in the shade Venom and I love it.

Here is the box with the lip gloss tube. The gloss is a dark red with purple and red sparkles. This product is 0.18 ounces.
This side of the box shows the ingredients. Before it lists them it says shades and then lists the shades. I’m not sure if all the shades share the same ingredients or they were just listing them. 🤔🤔🤔
This side of the box has the shade name, website, distribution information, the adorable cruelty-free bunny logo and the serial code (B5IA). I know that the liquid lipsticks are duplicated and I’m not too sure about the lip glosses but I would rather make sure that you all are safe consumers.
This side of the box gives a small description of the product and states that you can wear alone or layer it with lipstick. This also has an allergy warning.
This is the bottom of the lip gloss. It has the ounces listed as well as the shade name, distribution information and the website.
The applicator is a flat piece. You can use both sides to gather product and easily apply it on the lips.

I have two types of swatches for this product. I have an arm swatch and one on my lips so you all can see the shade and sparkle.

This is the arm swatch of Venom. It is a dark red gloss with some sparkle shift. I couldn’t get most of it to show up 😦
Here is what Venom looks like swatched on lips. It is a very pigmented gloss that is very full-coverage. This was done with the initial product on the applicator. This gloss also has a pleasant yet subtle vanilla scent.

There you have it with this lip gloss. I love this product because of the scent not being gross or overpowering. The coverage is awesome and I love the color. Do you all have a favorite Anastasia product? I would love to know! Xo
